Description
The contract graphic designer (contractor) creates artwork and designs that visually captures the spirit of our biblical resources. The contractor will create graphic designs for books, CD covers and labels, promotional materials, and other ministry collateral as needed. While working primarily within print design, the contractor will also repurpose designs for web use. The contract graphic designer role is performed remotely except for minimal required in-person meetings and office work.

Contractor must be in full agreement with and sign the IFLM Essential Beliefs, Core Values, and Model for Excellence documents.
Core Functions
- Conceptualizes art ideas in concept meetings
- Designs the cover and title treatments for books and CDs
- Determines design parameters for printed materials
- Produces and repurposes art for website and social media
- Uses photoshop to create product concepts for future books or CDs
- Works with stakeholders to ensure designs meet IFLM standards
- Captures product photos for web and social media platforms, as well as photos for IFLM events
Requirement
- Familiarity with Adobe Suite, primarily InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
- Experience creating art for print and repurposing for web
- Experience conceptualizing, creating, and developing artwork and designs
- Ability to create art for social media posts a plus
- Photography experience a plus
